Yes.
I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans. (I am not currently in network with BCBS HMO plans, POS plans, or Community plans.)
If you plan to use in-network insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs are governed by your specific insurance plan’s contracted rates. If you send me your insurance information, I can assist with the process of determining these benefits prior to meeting. My practice will then submit insurance claims to BCBS on your behalf.
If you have a different insurance plan, you may be able to use out-of-network insurance benefits. When using out-of-network insurance, people pay the session fee, and I provide an itemized bill that they submit to their insurance companies for direct reimbursement. Please contact me to ask for more information if you’d like to use out-of-network insurance.

Yes, sessions are held in person. I meet with people at my office downtown.
Sometimes one of us is sick or out of town. In cases like these, we can meet remotely on a call to help maintain the continuity of our work.

My office is located at 30 N. Michigan Ave. (Suite 1920) in downtown Chicago (the Loop). The building sits directly across from Millennium Park, between Washington and Madison St.
You can enter the main lobby via the Michigan Ave. entrance or via the one on E. Washington St. There is wheelchair access through the E. Washington St. entrance (with elevator access to all floors).
If you’re taking public transit, the office is conveniently located next to the Millennium Metra stop, and it’s easily accessible from the CTA Monroe Station (Red line), Adams/Wabash Station (Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, and Purple lines), and Washington Station (Blue line).
If you’re driving, the office is near the Millennium parking garages (5 S. Columbus Dr.) and Grant Park North garage (25 N. Michigan Ave.), and you can find more affordable parking spots nearby using SpotHero or another parking reservation app.
